Senior Connex Treasury Analyst
Velera
• Responsible for the Treasury functions for Connex • Primary owner of daily cash position for the Connex bank accounts • Analysis of cash, Connex daily/monthly cash position • Assist manager in providing guidance regarding corporate cash and prefund strategies • Responsible for daily booking of settlement entries • Review balance sheet accounts for proper booking of settlement activities • Review daily bank activity for adequate prefund • Work with the Concourse system and data mine data • Develop reporting for forecasting passthroughs, interchange, and other expenses • Audit Treasury functions including general ledger posting, explanations, and bank confirmations • Develop and maintain documentation of processes • Assist with closing general ledger on a monthly basis • Maintain Quality Assurance through review of procedures and practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience
- Seven (7) years experience in either Accounting or general Financial operations
- General knowledge of investment/cash flow and 3 years Industry Knowledge
- Must have experience in data mining, data warehouse, Access, Excel and Reporting
