• Independently manage audits and assignments as per the annual audit plan approved by the Audit Committee focusing on Profit Maximization, Risk Assessment, and Operational efficiency • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and identify potential risks • Develop audit programs, including detailed test procedures, ensuring adequate risk coverage • Execute independent testing in line with audit scope and program • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of audit programs and work papers • Discuss audit findings with stakeholders and obtain consensus • Draft audit reports and secure management responses post-manager review

• Facilitates planning activities for CWMD working group and CWMD sub-working groups to facilitate information exchange, technology transfer, and program collaboration between DoD and DHS. • Receives, reviews, processes, and maintains accountability for incoming and outgoing actions and taskings that originate from DoD and DHS participants of the CWMD working group and CWMD sub-working groups. • Extracts pertinent information from requests/correspondence and updates information into summary reports for future reference retrieval. • Maintain minutes of meetings and performs QA/QC on documents and correspondence. • Responds to internal and external inquiries on Tasker deadlines and status. • Develops and coordinates meeting agenda and plans with CWMD working group and sub-working group members across DoD and DHS.

• Conduct thorough deal reviews to evaluate deal structure, terms, discount requests, and revenue implications • Configure quotes and manage deal approvals in CPQ systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from submission to close • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve deal blockers and obtain necessary approvals • Provide guidance and recommendations to sales teams on deal structuring, pricing options, and non-standard term requests • Develop creative solutions that meet customer needs while protecting company interests • Assist in the Order Management review, ensuring the accuracy of our booked revenue • Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless information flow between Deal Desk, Finance, and other revenue systems • Support end-of-quarter activities and high-priority deals with urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail • Identify opportunities to improve deal desk processes and workflows as the function scales to support business growth • Build strong relationships with sales teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and responsive partner • Support ad-hoc projects that enhance deal desk processes and improve the operational efficiency of our sellers

• Monitor and manage EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and XDR (Extended Detection and Response) platforms to identify, analyze, and respond to security threats in real time. • Perform continuous security monitoring within the Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, handling a high volume of alerts from endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructures. • Analyze security logs, alerts, and telemetry data to detect suspicious activity, malware, and potential breaches. • Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents, following established incident response procedures and escalation paths. • Conduct threat analysis and root cause investigations to determine impact, scope, and remediation actions. • Collaborate with SOC team members and other IT/security teams to contain, remediate, and prevent recurring incidents. • Maintain accurate incident documentation and ensure proper case management within ticketing systems. • Produce daily and weekly security reports, summarizing alerts, incidents, trends, and response actions for management and stakeholders. • Continuously tune and optimize detection rules, alerts, and workflows to reduce false positives and improve detection efficiency. • Stay informed on emerging threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices to enhance overall security posture.
