• Responsible for the Treasury functions for Connex • Primary owner of daily cash position for the Connex bank accounts • Analysis of cash, Connex daily/monthly cash position • Assist manager in providing guidance regarding corporate cash and prefund strategies • Responsible for daily booking of settlement entries • Review balance sheet accounts for proper booking of settlement activities • Review daily bank activity for adequate prefund • Work with the Concourse system and data mine data • Develop reporting for forecasting passthroughs, interchange, and other expenses • Audit Treasury functions including general ledger posting, explanations, and bank confirmations • Develop and maintain documentation of processes • Assist with closing general ledger on a monthly basis • Maintain Quality Assurance through review of procedures and practices

• Responsible for the Quality Control examination of loan reviews completed by Loan Review Analysts. • Provide real time feedback to Loan Review Analysts pertaining to errors and determining corrective actions. • Ensure regulatory compliance for loans reviewed. • Identify trends of errors and escalate to management/legal. • Develop deep understanding of specific client guidelines. • Handle escalated and countered client conditions with minimal guidance. • Assists with loan review system testing and enhancement. • Acts as a subject matter expert on particular topics for Loan Review Analysts and other QCs, assisting with problem solving, issue resolution and loan review guidance. • Provides guidance on daily matters, such as, questions regarding Underwriting Guidelines or Compliance questions relating to TRID, Reg X, TILA or others to QCs and LRAs. • Maintains high level of confidentiality to protect privacy rights. • Adheres to internal controls to reduce errors and customer complaints. • Responsive to internal and external customers’ needs in a timely, accurate and professional manner. • Run QC the QC control checks in addition to Loan Review Analyst QC checks. • Review and enhance procedures and address issues that may hinder accuracy, timeliness and or deadlines. • Provides coaching and training to staff to ensure company and department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

• Analyze and validate large datasets to identify trends and produce meaningful insights. • Assist in developing solutions to address client challenges. • Conduct market research and provide insights into industry trends. • Support Strategic Advisors by participating in client calls and meetings (not leading presentations). • Ensure quality assurance (QA) and validation of data-driven reports.
