• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to healthcare data exchange and interoperability • Design and validate HL7 message structures (v2.x, v3, FHIR) • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of data elements and compliance with HL7 standards • Lead and manage integration projects from planning through execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT
  • Proven experience with HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability standards
  • Hands-on experience with interface testing and troubleshooting
