Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and key account management, ideally in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environments
- Strong ability to independently manage and close leads
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong commercial mindset with negotiation skills and a focus on revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills across phone and written channels
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability in a remote environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style business

• Administers and/or conducts training within a functional area or unit • Provides training on procedures, services, products, computer applications, operating systems, end-user training, etc. • Conducts surveys and analyzes metrics to identify training opportunities based on projected needs, changes, and other factors • Delivers training to internal and/or external audiences on processes, service, product, computer applications, operating systems, programming and end-user training • Evaluates and organizes existing materials for effectiveness and may adjust as necessary
