• Provide support as a UMGC student or alumni peer tutor to other undergraduate students enrolled in UMGC courses • Respond to undergraduate students’ questions and concerns related to their UMGC assigned courses • Respond to questions about course concepts related to assigned readings, projects, or written assignments • Provide clarifications, examples, and tutorials that support the student in developing a writing process and authentic learning • Promote a professional, respectful, and safe online learning environment • Work more closely with English language learners

• Ensure company compliance with clinical trial transparency laws and requirements by applying expert knowledge of key regulatory frameworks, including FDAA 801 and Final Rule and CTR 536/2014 • Work with cross-functional teams to develop content for clinical trial and results postings and post all approved materials in accordance with regulations • Develop and implement internal procedures, processes, templates, and tools for all aspects of clinical trial disclosure • Develop and maintains CCI documents (process owner) • Prepare redacted documents for postings ensuring CCI and personal protected information (PPI) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation in the EU and other privacy laws are identified for redaction and redacted from documents that are posted publicly • Apply logic, attention to detail, critical thinking, good judgement, and follow-up skills to every deliverable and situation • Approach all engagements with cross-functional team members with a customer-service mindset • Other duties as assigned

Job Summary: SmithRx is looking for a Plan Operations Analyst to join the company’s Customer Success team to support all core Plan Operations functions ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product. What you will do: Collaborate with Partner Relationship Manager to support the daily operations including issues, projects, and opportunities for the Third Party Administrator partners. Lead audits and reconciliation efforts for both internal and external partners. Ability to create ad hoc queries and reports to support issue resolution and partner needs. Maintain platform configurations necessary for ongoing operations. Communicate project status, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate. Drive changes to improve workflow efficiency. Participate in process and workflow documentation. Serve as a mentor for new team members and a trainer for new processes.
