Job Requirements

  • Strong sense of when to push back on requirements and when to work within current system constraints.
  • Skilled in information architecture and taxonomy.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
  • Proficient in Figma.

What you will do: Collaborate with Partner Relationship Manager to support the daily operations including issues, projects, and opportunities for the Third Party Administrator partners. Lead audits and reconciliation efforts for both internal and external partners. Ability to create ad hoc queries and reports to support issue resolution and partner needs.
