Job Description

Sales Operations Administrator

1840 & Company

• Review and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance • Coordinate US license delivery ( cloud keys) • Manage the full order lifecycle across regions, tracking open cases and collaborating with Sales, TechOps, and Support • Lead regular syncs with Sales to clean pipelines and streamline processes • Track requests and issues via Jira and internal systems • Own the end-to-end subscription and renewal process in Salesforce • Provide accurate forecasts and insights on recurring revenue, renewals, churn risk, and expansion opportunities • Support the CRO with administrative and operational tasks, including Travel reports and other admin work as required

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals Operations, or Business Analytics (B2B SaaS / Tech preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness and ability to work US business hours from the Philippines
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Experience working with global teams and supporting US-based stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
