Mid-level Service Designer
Youx Group
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to map user pains, opportunities and behaviors; • Structure and conduct customer journey mapping, identifying pain points and opportunities for innovation; • Create and validate personas and scenarios based on data, ensuring actionable insights for service design; • Develop prototypes and test service solutions to validate hypotheses and improve the customer experience; • Plan and facilitate collaborative workshops with clients, internal teams and stakeholders; • Actively collaborate with areas such as UX, Product, Business and IT to implement viable solutions aligned with YouX's strategy; • Create service design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and scalability in deliverables; • Monitor service metrics and performance indicators, proposing adjustments for continuous optimization; • Manage and organize project artifacts, ensuring accessible and well-structured documentation; • Keep up with market trends and innovations to improve approaches and techniques used in service design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Advertising, Technology, Engineering or related fields;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service design, user experience, research or innovation;
- Proficiency in Service Design methodologies, Design Thinking and user research;
- Experience in journey mapping, service modeling and strategic design;
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and leading collaborative dynamics;
- Advanced knowledge of prototyping, validation and usability testing;
- Advanced use of tools such as Miro, Notion and Microsoft Office;
- Basic use of prototyping tools such as Figma;
- Ability to articulate and advocate improvement proposals with stakeholders;
- Strategic mindset to connect user needs with business objectives;
- Critical thinking and a data-driven approach;
- Autonomy and proactivity in project management;
- Collaboration and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
