• Write, design, and maintain a library of sales-facing content including pitch decks, capability overviews, one-pagers, case studies, service descriptions, and email templates. • Partner with subject matter experts and practice leaders to develop original thought leadership and client-ready narratives that differentiate Connor Consulting in the market. • Refresh and tailor existing collateral for specific industries, buyer personas, and stages of the sales cycle. • Maintain version control, taxonomy, and discoverability of content within the sales enablement library so the team can find what they need quickly. • Lead end-to-end development of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs - coordinating contributors, owning the writing, and producing a polished, on-brand final deliverable. • Build and maintain a curated answer library of approved RFx responses, boilerplate language, bios, and qualifications so future proposals can be assembled faster and more consistently. • Drive the RFx process: kickoff meetings, content assignments, internal reviews, compliance checks against the RFx requirements, and final production. • Continuously improve win-themes, executive summaries, and proposal templates based on feedback from sales, clients, and pursuit debriefs. • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership to surface new content needs and prioritize the development backlog. • Train the sales team on how to use new content, position key messages, and tailor materials for their conversations. • Track content usage and proposal outcomes; use that data to refine what we produce and how we deploy it.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, marketing content, or a closely related role—ideally within professional services, consulting, or B2B.
- Demonstrated experience writing and managing RFP, RFI, or proposal responses from kickoff through final submission.
- Exceptional business writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical or complex subject matter into clear, persuasive prose.
- Strong project management instincts: comfortable juggling multiple deadlines, coordinating contributors, and driving work forward without constant oversight.
- Proficiency with standard sales enablement and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, HubSpot or comparable CRM, SharePoint, content management platforms).
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Sales Operations Manager, Digital Oncology The Sales Operations Manager, Digital Oncology leads operational excellence across the region by driving sales operations execution, optimizing processes, and enabling performance.
