Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Business Partner model or strategic L&D professional
- Extensive HR experience in large complex organisation(s)
- In-depth knowledge in HR administration, workforce and organizational planning, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and employee engagement
- Strong track record of developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of HR information Management System (preferably Bamboo HR)
- Ability to practice and coach managers in people management
- Ability to work autonomously in a multi-cultural environment
