Job Description

GDC Operations Engineer

Ecolab

• Monitor the performance, availability, and health of MarTech, CRM, CIAM, and digital experience platforms. • Deploy new releases of software products, ensuring seamless upgrades and minimal downtime. • Conduct routine operational checks, validate deployments, and ensure vendors meet SLAs. • Support and troubleshoot web and mobile applications. • Respond to operational incidents, escalate as needed, and resolve issues. • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality ticket resolution. • Participate in incident RCA and problem management processes. • Provide L2 technical support. • Assist with testing, environment validation, and configuration verification. • Use debugging tools, APIs, and shell utilities. • Execute standard operational procedures. • Support continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI technologies. • Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. • Contribute to Agile/DevOps workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Terminal/shell tools, API debugging utilities, code editors
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
  • Azure DevOps and Confluence
  • AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Exposure to CRM, CIAM, CMS systems (e.g., AEM)
  • System administration experience (Nice-to-Have Skills)
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Auth0, Azure AD B2C (Nice-to-Have Skills)
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies (Nice-to-Have Skills)
