• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of reimbursement strategies and programs • Monitor changes in reimbursement regulations, trends, and technologies • Develop and monitor reimbursement budgets and goals • Analyze reimbursement data to identify areas of improvement • Facilitate the resolution of reimbursement issues between payers and providers • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, managed care organizations, and other payers • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable reimbursement regulations and contractual requirements • Other duties as assigned

• Arrives at workstation at scheduled start time prepared to work and does not leave workstation until scheduled end time. • Demonstrates a “team” philosophy in daily operations and problem solving methods. • Is aware of, and complies with, with all federal and state regulatory agencies as instructed by the company (i.e., Boards of Pharmacy, HIPPA, CHAP, DOT, OSHA, DEA, DEP, etc.) • Is aware of the surrounding physical environment to ensure a safe work environment. • Arrives at all scheduled meetings on time and is prepared to participate. • Participates in mandatory annual and bi-annual in-services and HIPAA training. • Reports any potential HIPAA infringements to the Privacy Officer. • Incorporates company or departmental changes effectively. • Keeps all patient information confidential, in accordance with company procedures and HIPAA regulations. • Keeps all financial information confidential, in accordance with company policy. • Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, and gets involved in PromptCare’s employee activities. • Other Duties as Assigned

Director of Patient Services – Home Infusion

• Leading patient services which includes patient management, reauthorizations, and documentation across our existing patients who are on service. • Drive process improvements to optimize billing timelines, cash collections, and DSO. • Proactively ensure that disruption to ongoing care for patients is minimized resulting from insurance, physician, medication or other changes. • Empower teams to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. • Reports to: VP of Reimbursement – RCM • Keep abreast of insurance coverage guidelines and infusion reimbursement terms for the vast array of insurances on the market. • Assume direct management over Reauthorization, Patient Management and Document Management. • Maintain knowledge of reimbursement principles. • Consistently works toward becoming a subject matter expert relative to Medicare, Medicaid and insurance company requirements for home infusion services. • Results oriented in achieving assigned cash collection and DSO goals. • Communicate effectively and express ideas clearly. • Prepare department reports to serve as resource both for the VP of Reimbursement and VP of Intake and update them as needed. • Maintain confidentiality of company and patient information. • Always maintains courteous demeanor. • Work effectively and maintains expected productivity. • Take all data and present to decision makers when identifying areas of improvement. • Maintains knowledge of, and compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, and SOPs always. • Provide effective employee training.
Account Executive

• Supports the Director of Sales with the development and implementation of Clinical Programs with best practices in assigned market • Evaluates referral sources satisfaction and develops branch opportunities to improve customer satisfaction • Initiates and develops good working relationships with referral sources and physicians to drive increased referrals • Assesses accounts for new business opportunities and promotes new company services • Assesses opportunities and utilizes internal and external resources to solidify relationships that will increase profitable net revenues to meet budget objectives • Secures renewal orders with existing customers • Follow up with accounts on a regular basis to check for client satisfaction, changing needs, territory strategies, progress in attaining sales goals, product mix, payor mix and market penetration, etc • Initiates and coordinates in-services with clients and appropriate managers • Identifies and establishes a strong relationship with the decision makers responsible for the control of referrals • Develops and implements marketing plan for territory, consistent with company and corporate goals and regulatory and accrediting bodies • Assists in developing new programs consistent with plan, client need and community desire • Prepares materials for sales calls, presentations, and promotions, including seasonal promotions • Meets monthly quota objectives • Perform other duties as assigned
Strategic Operations Associate Intern

Co-Pay Assistance Collections Specialist

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of patient statements • Ensure proper follow-up is performed on all outstanding balances • Evaluate eligibility for Copay Assistance & Hardship Program and identify possible funding sources • Follow internal and external policies and procedures • Escalate problems as necessary to ensure timely resolution • Ensure balances that are billed to a patient are appropriate by reviewing the primary payer EOB and other account information as necessary • Maintain the patient billing phone line and answer and respond to patient questions and concerns in a timely manner • Submissions & Collections of Copay Assistance Payor accounts for assigned payers • Re-enroll patients yearly for Copay Assistance and Hardship Programs • Additional duties as assigned
