Online Engagement Manager

Speexx

• Own and continuously improve our online visibility and engagement across all digital channels including organic and paid tactics • Work closely with regional and functional teams to drive and execute our SEO strategy • Lead our GEO strategy, including organic optimization for large language models (LLMs) and emerging AI-driven search experiences, ensuring visibility beyond traditional search engines • Use tools such as Semrush (or similar) to drive keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, and performance tracking • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns via Google Ads, Linkedin, Bing, and others, with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and ROI • Manage forecasting and budget planning for paid media campaigns, working closely with stakeholders to align spend, performance expectations, and business goals • Architect a high-performance technical foundation that powers SEO, GEO, and SEA. You will oversee site structure, schema markup, and crawlability to ensure our content is seamlessly ingested by both traditional crawlers and LLM-based search engines, while optimizing landing page performance for paid conversion • Analyze performance data and translate insights into concrete actions, leveraging Power BI (in collaboration with Revenue Operations) to monitor trends, results, and optimization opportunities • Drive decisions through a “data-first”' lens, aligning search and paid performance with CRM insights and attribution modeling to identify and optimize the highest-value conversion paths • Drive AI and innovation excellence in online engagement by identifying, testing, and scaling AI-powered tools, workflows, and content strategies • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and platform changes, proactively turning insights into recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, GEO and SEA, with a strong understanding of how organic, paid, and AI-driven discovery channels interact
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Semrush (or similar), and performance-oriented digital marketing setups
  • Experience in paid media forecasting and budget management, with a strong commercial and performance mindset
  • Solid knowledge of technical SEO and website structure, including structured data and content optimization for both classic search engines and LLM-based discovery
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Power BI or comparable reporting tools to derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its role in supporting targeted engagement and demand generation
  • Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment, with confidence acting as a central point of contact across regions
  • High curiosity for AI, LLMs, and emerging search technologies, paired with a practical, test-and-learn approach
  • A proactive, structured working style with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Clear and confident communication skills, able to translate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful actions
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
