• Lead the development, implementation, facilitation, and maintenance of a comprehensive MRD training program for all provider facing sales teams in alignment with company objectives, organizational goals, and sales team needs • Partner with senior sales leadership and the Director of L&D to 1) translate primary initiatives into preparatory training and 2) assess training gaps then provide ongoing training to level up the sales team’s skills and impact • Direct appropriate content creation and maintenance in collaboration with the marketing, medical affairs, legal and L&D partners • Work with the New Hire Training Program Manager to deliver training for new hires • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide effective launch training for new and enhanced products and processes as it relates to the MRD portfolio • Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training across multiple modalities based on the ongoing needs of the team • Build and maintain learning plan content on our learning management systems • Provide learner feedback to Sales Leadership with recommendations for follow-up coaching • Spearhead the planning and execution of content at the annual national sales meeting and any other area, regional or team meetings requiring L&D support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of science or adult learning
- 3+ years of experience building and delivering training program infrastructure
- Must have medical training or sales experience, ideally in the diagnostic lab or oncology space
- Skilled in processing technically dense content like scientific publications into easy to understand lessons
- Demonstrated experience creating comprehensive training plans, curricula, workshops, assessments, across various modalities (e.g. written, audio, video, interactive experiences, and gamification)
- Excellent project management and intrapersonal skills with the ability to manage complex projects utilizing resources across multiple internal teams and across all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, technical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task effectively
- Capability to inspire, coach and provide clear feedback on improvements needed to sales representatives
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a strong teamwork ethic
- Flexible, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Outstanding oral presentation skills
- Highly developed written skills, with the ability to produce documents, presentations, technical briefs, and scientific publication summaries
- Knowledge of the following computer software platforms: Google Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed, estimated to be 30%

• Administer and maintain the Genesys CX Cloud platform, including users, roles, skills, queues, permissions, and system configurations. • Serve as the first line of defense for platform issues, managing tickets and escalations with Genesys Support when necessary. • Partner with the Product Team to define flow requirements and perform thorough UAT to ensure operational readiness for continued strategic developments. • Own dialer configuration, multi-channel campaign management, pacing, and compliance settings. • Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (voice, digital, AI) to ensure operational performance aligns with strategic business initiatives. • Optimize contact center performance in a blended environment to ensure achievement of both inbound and outbound KPIs. • Oversee the automated and manual importing of contact lists, ensuring data integrity and correct mapping of contact information. • Translate contact center data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines related to outbound calling. • Lead workforce management (WFM) configuration and optimization, including forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, and adherence tracking. • Actively monitor real-time adherence and shrinkage, partnering with operations supervisors to correct issues and adjusting for optimal output and SLA performance. • Develop and maintain multi-channel forecasts using Genesys Cloud WEM tools to predict volume and appropriate staffing levels. • Document contact center processes and changes to maintain operational transparency and continuity. • Collaborate with Operations, Product, IT and Leadership teams on platform enhancements, system changes, and continuous strategic improvement initiatives with special focus on use of AI-enabled initiatives. • Establish and lead a team of analysts overseeing contact strategies and outbound campaign Management, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) and general Genesys administration.
• Contact injured workers, employers, and medical providers to verify and obtain initial claim information • Obtain and track medical records and documentation • Schedule medical appointments and coordinate follow-ups • Obtain and communicate work status updates from providers • Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence on behalf of the case manager • Accurately document all case activity and communications in the claims management system • Maintain and manage assigned diary tasks to ensure timely follow-up • Identify and escalate issues requiring case manager attention • Assist with triage and direction of care based on established guidelines • Support medical management efforts to ensure compliance with Florida Workers’ Compensation statutes • Perform additional administrative or case-related duties as needed
