Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)
- Experience hiring GTM roles (e.g., SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) in B2B SaaS
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach
- Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership
- Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversion, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
