Graphic Designer

• Create and develop trade marketing materials, including POS materials, displays, banners, shelf banners, posters, totems, signage and in-store collateral. • Develop key visuals and creative extensions for commercial campaigns, seasonal promotions and product launches. • Adapt layouts for different formats, channels and partners (retail and wholesale), ensuring visual consistency. • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Trade teams to understand objectives, target audiences and campaign requirements. • Prepare final print-ready files and, when necessary, coordinate technical adjustments with suppliers. • Organize and maintain libraries of files, templates and trade marketing visual standards. • Ensure all materials comply with the brand book and the brand's visual guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in design focused on trade marketing, retail or branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- Knowledge of print production processes and file finalization (prepress).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strategic eye for visual communication and in-store brand experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented and a strong communicator for effective teamwork.
- Experience producing materials for large retail chains (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing (a plus).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira or similar) (a plus).
