Assistant Designer & Final Artwork Specialist – Trade Marketing

La Moda

• Create and adapt visual materials for Trade Marketing initiatives, including point-of-sale (POS) communication, window displays, signage, display units, totems and gondola/shelf materials. • Develop assets for wholesale and retail campaigns, such as catalogs, promotional materials and presentations. • Produce layout adaptations following brand guidelines and channel requirements (wholesale and retail). • Execute final artwork for digital and printed materials, ensuring technical standards appropriate for production. • Prepare and review files for printing and graphic production (bleed, color, resolution and file formats). • Ensure visual consistency and correct application of the brand identity across all materials. • Organize and maintain files, templates and work folders in a structured manner. • Review and adjust existing materials as needed for campaigns and activations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other related software.
  • Knowledge of preparing print-ready files (bleed, color, resolution, formats).
  • Strong attention to detail and technical rigor in deliverables.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the fashion, retail or wholesale segments.
  • Experience with print production and working with print vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI for digital materials.
  • Familiarity with motion design or video editing.
