• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Entwicklungsteams im Bereich SAP ABAP mit Schwerpunkt Datenmigration • Produktentwicklung zur Erweiterung und Standardisierung des Service- und Tool-Portfolios rund um unsere Migrationssoftware (Natuvion DCS) • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zur Definition von Anforderungen und Prioritäten • Organisieren und Steuern der technischen Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer IT-Lösungen • Arbeiten an interessanten Zukunftsthemen wie S/4HANA Migrationen sowie Einführung neuer digitaler Plattformen (z.B.: Powercloud, Salesforce)
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung in der SAP ABAP Entwicklung.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung und Motivation von Entwicklungsteams (fachlich und/oder disziplinarisch).
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zur Lösung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten im Stakeholder Management.
- Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung gegenüber nationalen und internationalen Kunden und Kollegen.
- Enthusiasmus zur Weiterentwicklung und Schulung der Teammitglieder im Bereich ABAP und Migrationstechnologien.
