Job Description

Senior Marketing Science Strategist

Power Digital Marketing

• Manage overall measurement strategy for a book of clients, including statistical modeling (MMM), incrementality experiment design (MMT), and customer analysis. • Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL, and Python. • Work closely with account teams and clients to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Power Digital’s services, especially Measurement. • Clearly and succinctly present and explain advanced measurement methodologies and models to internal and external teams. • Ensure that insights are actionable and tied to client business goals. • Provide strategic advice and "so what" insights for ongoing measurement optimization. • Mentor and develop Measurement Analysts by providing ongoing performance coaching and guidance on advanced analytics, problem-solving, and insight storytelling to elevate analytical rigor, quality of deliverables, and overall client impact. • Consistently drive efficiencies within the current measurement and marketing science processes. • Employ AI technologies to increase efficiency and support the optimization of deliverables and/or processes. • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement.
  • 3+ years of agency experience.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations, especially related to applying outputs of statistical models and market experiments to marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of owned, earned and paid marketing channels as well as first-party data tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across teams internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, 2-3 years of team management experience, ideally 2-3 direct reports.
  • Highly dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision-making skills; ability to clearly communicate complex strategies to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, effective interpersonal skills, highly organized
  • cData visualization skills using Looker and analysis in Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
