Senior Channel Marketing Manager

Legrand, North America

• Develop and implement national and account-specific channel marketing programs using a full marketing mix including in-store merchandising, digital channel programs, events, promotions, incentives, and loyalty initiatives • Build and strengthen sales enablement tools, processes, and communication programs that improve sales efficiency and unlock more active selling time for field teams • Conduct joint business planning with strategic channel partners by aligning marketing programs to revenue goals and shared business priorities • Contribute to channel marketing budget planning, MDF/Co-Op allocation and optimization across partners and marketing mix elements • Use customer journey insights, category trends, and data analysis to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, revenue goals, and account business plans • Gather voice-of-customer and partner insights through direct feedback, field collaboration, surveys and channel touchpoints to inform program strategy and continuous improvement of channel initiatives • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, Account Managers, Key Customers, and Senior Leadership to drive shared outcomes and influence decision-making across the organization • Deliver exceptional project management—ensuring all programs are launched on time, within budget, and aligned to brand guidelines and governance • Ensure products enter the channel ready to sell with compelling programs, clear positioning, and strong visibility • Drive digital channel excellence by partnering with customers, Sales, and external agencies to improve online storefront experiences, product data accuracy, enriched content, paid advertising programs, SEO visibility, and performance dashboards • Lead planning and execution for major industry trade shows, including end-to-end experience design, messaging development, vendor management, and post-show follow-up strategies • Lead the strategy, design and optimization of channel loyalty programs that increase partner engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term brand affinity • Oversee end-to-end program planning, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones for assigned channels and accounts

Job Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
  • 8–12 years of channel marketing or marketing communications experience in a product distribution environment
  • Broad marketing expertise across digital, content, brand, product marketing, events, analytics, and channel enablement
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members, with the opportunity for future direct‑report management as the organization evolves
  • Strategic thinker with strong understanding of B2B/B2C channel dynamics, partner marketing, and customer engagement
  • Highly self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to innovate and take initiative
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Exceptional project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong listening skills and ability to translate ideas into actionable deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to analyze trends and marketing intelligence to support data-driven recommendations
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with PIM/DAM systems, CRM platforms, partner portals, and other channel data technologies
  • Ability to work extended or varied hours as needed.
