• Identify and qualify new leads • Conduct market and prospect research • Maintain strong communication with potential clients • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies • Establish relationships with prospects through various communication methods

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development (US/UK markets)
  • Proven skills in identifying New Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong Communication abilities to engage and build relationships with potential clients
  • Experience in Sales, with a results-driven approach to securing new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in conducting Research to identify potential prospects and analyze market trends
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong expertise in outbound lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and email marketing
  • Experience managing and growing company profiles on freelancing and review platforms such as Upwork, G2, Clutch, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces (beyond profile optimization)
  • Ability to write basic content for outreach and marketing use cases
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple platforms and strategies
