Inside Sales Associate
Eurofins
• Field 30-40 inbound calls per day requiring active listening and documenting customer details • Quickly understand and analyze customer needs to provide logical solutions • Explain DDC’s products and services in a professional manner via phone, email, text message, or chat • Utilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales • Maintain a high level of professionalism and sensitivity when handling confidential or emotional inquiries • Achieve or exceed performance goals including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Calls Per Day • Escalate customer needs that require additional knowledge or ability to leadership • Research required information using available resources • Attend training and coaching sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills • Able to document information in an application while on an active call • Able to learn other database and communication software, as applicable • Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to ensure that DDC’s services are offered in a manner consistent with our mission and vision statements
Job Requirements
- One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion
- Results-driven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software
- Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality
- Completion of HIPPA training
