• You support and advise a defined customer portfolio (real estate agents, property developers, financial clients, and housing cooperatives) as a trusted advisor in a specific region to achieve the best possible digital reach for them • As a portfolio manager you are responsible for acquiring new customers as well as winning back former customers and driving upsell opportunities • You present our products directly to customers on site • You establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, identify their needs, engage decision-makers, and win them over for an immowelt solution • You advise existing customers on campaign management and review success with monthly analyses • You are responsible for winning customers back (win-back) • You create tailored customer proposals through our CRM system • You track your activities, appointments, and customer interactions (cancellations with reasons, preparation for new customer meetings, etc.) in our CRM system
