Role Description Le chef de projet est chargé de piloter et d’animer le PAPI de l’axe Yonne 2026-2032, qui passera en commission de labellisation en septembre 2026. - Organiser les instances de suivi du PAPI (comité technique et de pilotage). - Établir les bilans d’avancement du PAPI. - Assister les maîtres d’ouvrages du PAPI pour la mise en œuvre de leurs actions (rédaction dossiers de consultation des entreprises, dossiers de demandes de subvention, suivi des prestations). - Mettre en œuvre les actions qui relèvent du périmètre de la DATH (axes 1, 3, 4 et 5). - Suivre les actions réalisées par les autres services de Seine Grands Lacs. - Suivre les réunions relatives au plan de gestion du risque inondation (PGRI) du bassin de la Seine. - Participer aux missions transversales de Seine Grands Lacs au sein de la DATH. Qualifications - Bac +5 en géographie, gestion des risques d’inondation, hydrologie, hydraulique, aménagement du territoire/urbanisme. Requirements - Connaissances réglementaire et technique dans le domaine du risque inondation. - Justifier d’au moins 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en collectivité territoriale en relation avec la fiche de poste. - Connaissance du fonctionnement des collectivités territoriales. - Connaissance de l’aménagement du territoire/urbanisme. - Connaissance de la commande publique. - Organisation d’événementiels (ateliers de travail) sur la thématique inondation. - Rédaction de dossier pour des appels à projets. • Successfully manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget throughout the EPC project lifecycle for utility-scale solar and BESS projects of high complexity with little to no guidance. • Interpret SCADA contract requirements and determine scope, compliance, deviations, and change impacts in alignment with SOLV standards. • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and 3rd party SCADA providers. • Lead procurement and subcontract strategy, manage third-party SCADA subcontractors, and ensure vendor performance on complex scopes. • Serve as the senior project point of contact for Owners, utilities, vendors, and internal SOLV teams. • Lead system design reviews, commissioning coordination, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities. • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure SCADA activities do not delay the project's critical milestones. • Develop and execute recovery and mitigation plans when required. • Proactively identify, assess, and manage technical, commercial, and execution risks, escalating issues when appropriate while driving mitigation strategies.

• Manage all aspects of large-scale complex supply chain projects and smaller contained programs • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception and business case to successful completion • Create and manage project documentation, including project charters, statements of work, resource requirements and plans, business requirements, business cases, performance metrics, project plans, RAID logs, and status reports • Analyze business processes and designs improvements • Mentor and coach Project Coordinators and Managers as required

• The Project Manager leads and directs multiple projects under the guidance of Project Management Office (PMO) leadership. • Project Managers aggressively drive projects from inception to completion, identify and document project requirements, support clients on various information security initiatives, keep all stakeholders apprised of project and budget status, and manage issues to resolution. • Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire life (initiation, plan, execute, control, close) with focus on the management of project risk and forecasting challenges and devising strategies to overcome and compensate. • The Project Manager shall have the skills necessary to drive project progress across multiple stakeholders and levels of oversight with assurance on maintaining progress, timeliness, and effective resource utilization ensuring a minimum of 40 hrs billed per week be each delivery resource. • The Project Manager shall have the ability to develop strategic project delivery plans, detailed schedules, compensating project controls, cost forecasting, risk management, issues forecast and resolution planning, resource burn-rate analysis, forecasting, and reporting, and daily task management. • The Project Manager is accountable for the progress of the project; and drives timelines by creating and maintaining schedules (including key deliverables, milestones, and dependencies), understanding the deliverables and the progress toward each milestone, identifying and managing issues, risks, and other potential delays ahead of time, and identifying and driving resolution of all project related risks and issues. • Actively monitor the project budget, burn rates, milestones, and deliverables to ensure the timely, uninterrupted, and delay-free completion of the project. • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external planning and project status meetings. Identify, assess and track potential risk issues and create the appropriate mitigation plans into the overall project initiatives Assure overall project and service offering quality and consistency through the sound application of methodologies, standards, templates, and other approved delivery requirements. • The Project Manager will routinely report to a Program Manager on cross-capability projects and collaborate with peers during the execution of a project to track dependencies, project issues and potential risks.
