• As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving successful Salesforce project delivery by leading cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution from planning through implementation. • Leading and supporting teams ranging from 3-7 consultants to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring efficient collaboration, communication and project success. • Managing various work streams concurrently whilst working closely with multiple business stakeholders. • Support and educate Product Owners to meet their role duties. • Show initiatives and contribute to ProQuest Continuous Improvement process • Actively limit non-billable time on assigned projects • Review and approve team timesheets to optimise utilization • Empower the team to deliver high quality products aiming at 0-defect delivery • Follow ProQuest Scrum Framework according to guidelines and best practices • Facilitate Scrum process and governance across a portfolio of projects • Assisting in defining the project plan, activities, milestones, and resource requirements. • Maintaining the project / resource schedules. • Preparing and providing status reports. • Assisting with identifying scope changes and drafting change requests. • Using internal communication tools to provide visibility on current activities, challenges and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Stakeholder Management and Client Relations.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently using collaborative web-based tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to understand business processes
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • An understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with previous experience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Bonus points if:
  • You have any prior Salesforce / CRM knowledge
  • Experience in or with Professional Services companies.
  • You have Project Management qualifications (MSP, AgilePM, PMP, PRINCE 2, PMBOK)
