• Driving from problem statement to potential solution options using business insight, industry best practices, and stakeholder input • Creating and delivering executive-facing presentations that provide full context to all audiences for transformation programs • Implementing change management for transformation programs to ensure stakeholders across the business are fully enabled • Surveying, interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing results to inform the scope and desired outcome of a transformation program • Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders with appropriate frequency, using standardized methods
Job Requirements
- Have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent
- Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working with cross-functional teams
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed
- Adapt processes to fit the needs and styles of diverse stakeholders and projects
- Be able to manage 10–30 stakeholders per project, including C-level executives and directors
- Operate with a high sense of urgency and a customer/stakeholder-first mentality
