Role Description Au sein de la cellule affaires générales et en lien avec le bureau des affaires générales de l’ESNJ, le titulaire du poste doit : - Assurer la préparation et la mise en œuvre logistique des sessions JDC : transport et mise en place des matériels sur les ateliers - Participer à la JDC, accueillir et encadrer les appelés, contribuer à l'animation des ateliers lors des JDC, sur des sites internes ou externes à la garnison - Assurer l'entretien courant des matériels nécessaires pour les ateliers JDC conformément aux consignes établies en la matière. - Participer à la détection des jeunes en difficulté de lecture à l’aide de tests automatisés ainsi qu’au dialogue quant à leur orientation vers des structures d’insertion - Participer au dialogue et à l’orientation des jeunes intéressés par les métiers des armées vers les CIRFA et les CIR-GEND - Préparer la JDC : constituer informatiquement le fichier initial des administrés, convoquer les jeunes à la JDC - Dialoguer avec les agents du centre qui expriment des demandes particulières - Conduire des véhicules de service pour des déplacements professionnels - Occuper exceptionnellement les fonctions de chef de session JDC. - Participer à la mise en œuvre territoriale des politiques de jeunesse - Assurer la polyvalence des tâches au sein de la cellule « affaires générales » (gestion du courrier, …) - Établir les états mensuels de gestion Qualifications - Personne dynamique ayant un très bon relationnel pour travailler en équipe mais aussi pour intervenir devant un jeune public. - Disponibilité attendue dans le cadre des missions JDC car horaires atypiques notamment le matin (découcher occasionnels). - Apte à la manutention de charges légères Elements de candidature - Documents à transmettre : l'envoi du CV et d'une lettre de motivation est obligatoire - Candidature à transmettre exclusivement à : csnj-toulouse.gestionnaire-rh.fct@intradef.gouv.fr Personnes à contacter - esnj-so-recrutement.contact.fct@intradef.gouv.fr - csnj-toulouse.gestionnaire-rh.fct@intradef.gouv.fr

• Facilitate team alignment: Run Clinical meetings by coordinating agendas, guiding discussions, and driving accountability on deliverables • Enable cross-functional communication and change management: Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and alignment across teams • Plan meetings: Plan and manage Clinical team offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategy to day-to-day execution • Shape process and policy: Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness across multiple disciplines • Represent strategic Clinical perspective: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners as needed while supporting small to medium projects • Lead research program management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and coordination for multiple research projects across the Clinical and Research teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Ensures all program requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution. • Builds teams to address the project goals and objectives for multiple and/or enterprise-level projects. • Collaborates with customer (internal or external) from requirements gathering through product acceptance stages. • Aligns the program team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the enterprise project. • Reviews project schedules with functional project managers and project coordinators assigned to projects. • Provides guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives. • Communicates project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectives. • Serves as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor(s). • Devises creative solutions to critical customer and user needs. • Manages development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goals and corporate initiatives, including project-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) or metrics. • Monitors projects' Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manages the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. • Obtains and summarizes current project information and milestone status versus project performance baseline. • Drives project/program tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule. • Coordinates the efforts of the team to develop an integrated project plan and risk analysis with action plans to mitigate the risks. • Manages resource capacity and time tracking allocated to enterprise-level project. • Performs Financial Management and analysis of costs for enterprise-level projects and programs including Capital Expenditures Requests (CER’s) travel, training, resources allocation and other project related costs. • Forecasts project budget and labor needs for current and future site needs. • Remains accountable for overall program success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management. • Holds team accountable for individual and team results. • Balances the cost, schedule and time-frames against the enterprise level project requirements. • Reports project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the results. • Provides leaders with updates, including greatest opportunities for improvement. • Recognizes potential problem areas against the plan and identify and implement alternative solutions. • Identifies best cost solutions to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems). • Provides key stakeholders with regular project performance status, variances to plan, and identification of corrective actions (if required). • Participates in the exchange of ideas and information within the department and with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the company. • Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. • Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer issues a priority. • Coaches others through difficult decision making situations. • Designs and facilitates training related to implementation of enterprise initiatives. • Engages and collaborates with customers within Jabil to obtain greater understanding of customer needs. • Drives relevant, concise and effective communication through a variety of mediums. • Designs clear and consistent messages for a variety of diverse audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of delivery. • Works closely with communications, stakeholders , and management to stay informed of important company information to evaluate and measure program effectiveness and impact on the business. • Complies with and follows all procedures within the company security policy. • Leads teams across different regions and time zones. • Travels to different regions depending on program requirements. • Identifies and understand interdependencies across multiple sites and functional areas. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Lead, or co-lead high impact global and regional projects and programs as per agreed milestones and budget, to deliver business results. • Participate in projects or programs, providing subject matter (domain) expertise in the areas of: Sales, Customer Operations, Contact Center or Service / Service Delivery, and Data Management. • Ensures alignment of business solutions with Commercial Strategic Technology roadmaps. • Collaborate and partner with other stakeholder organizations within Agilent, such as: Commercial Operations functions, IT, Sales, Customer Operations, Service, Contact Center, Digital and Data Operations and Governance. • Apply project management best practices, achieving deliverables and targets of assigned projects and initiatives. • Provides subject matter expertise and consulting services to initiatives and stakeholders in own domain of expertise. • Engage various stakeholders to ensure alignment and oversight of solution designs, that are scalable, meeting business objectives, and complies with strategic business capability roadmap. • Provide Tier 3 Support and point of contact to assigned set of tools and/or process areas, escalating issues to leadership team as needed. • Partner with IT, be Global point of contact to ensure existing business capabilities are effective, continuously improved. • Builds and maintains effective relationships with various Agilent & Commercial Organization stakeholders, both globally and regionally.
