Senior GTM Systems Engineer

• Design and maintain a high-scale email architecture including domain warmup, rotation strategies, and DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). • Build complex, multi-step automated workflows using n8n and native integrations to connect our CRM, enrichment providers, and internal tools. • Create and manage data transformation pipelines using APIs and webhooks, ensuring clean JSON mapping and reliable data flow into HubSpot. • Proactively monitor bounce rates, spam placement, and sender reputation to ensure maximum reach for our outbound sequences. • Document all workflows and system designs, creating a source of truth that allows the team to operate and troubleshoot independently.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Comfortable working with APIs and webhooks.
- Understand the "cat and mouse" game of email deliverability.
- Think in terms of scalability, failure modes, and long-term data integrity.
- Hands-on experience with the modern outbound stack (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Aircall) and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
