• Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team. Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance; • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning; • Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement and sales incentive design; • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve seller productivity; • Build and present reports to senior sales leadership; • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support); • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Job Requirements

  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning;
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;
  • Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses);
  • Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel;
  • Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership);
  • Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations);
  • Problem Solving skills;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM it's a plus;
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
