• Support Texas State Partner Agency in transitioning reporting and data-extract capabilities from legacy systems to cloud or data-lake environment. • Lead sessions with stakeholders for requirements and documentation. • Review and interpret mainframe IMS data structures and document current state reporting logic. • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to map legacy data to cloud models. • Produce and maintain documentation such as mappings, business rules, and data flow diagrams. • Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents and change requests in a timely manner • Troubleshoot issues across LOB applications, Microsoft Office, browsers, networking (DNS, DHCP, ISP), VPN/RDS/Citrix, wireless, and peripherals such as printers • Complete technical administrative tasks such as virus/malware removal, phishing email remediation, add/remove/change virtual server resources, and application password resets • Expertise with Active Directory and Group Policy Management • Strong background working in Microsoft 365 Partner Center/Entra ID • Identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets for them • Make recommendations for improvements of supported hardware and software, with an eye on our clientele’s security posture • Maintain accurate and real time timesheets, record complete and accurate notes of troubleshooting and communication with clients • Participate in the on-call rotation (1 week every 3-4 months) • Additional duties as required

• Partner with Finance and business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into clear, measurable business and system requirements • Lead end-to-end business requirements activities, including workshops, interviews, documentation, and process mapping with Finance business units • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows to support IT development and delivery • Ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities across multiple systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, CABS, RAR, and data analytics platforms • Identify business process gaps and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and control enhancements • Collaborate with Platform Owners and Product Managers to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira or similar tools • Lead backlog grooming and prioritization sessions, ensuring readiness for sprints and releases • Partner with developers and QA teams to validate functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria throughout development and testing • Support issue resolution, defect triage, and clarification during development, testing, and post-release stabilization • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure ongoing business alignment • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making • Communicate project status, risks, and issues through structured updates and governance forums • Support project governance, approvals, and change management documentation • Develop test scenarios and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions • Document test results, track defects, and support resolution prior to deployment • Validate post-release outcomes and partner with business owners to confirm adoption and success metrics

Role Description This position is for a Principle Engineer / Networking System Architect. As system architect, one will define the architecture of network products and systems, lead new technology research, study market trend, customers interface and lead Celestica’s design team in the networking product space. Although the position is primarily hardware based, the candidate must interface with software/firmware, mechanical, thermal, layout, SI, and test teams as part of system architecture. Candidate must have strong knowledge in network product design, from a variety of market segments including enterprise access, data center infrastructure, and Telco data communications. Experienced in the implementation considerations and trade-offs of cost effective lower end systems up to complex modular high performance network chassis systems. Qualifications - Minimum of 15 years network hardware design experience. - Minimum of 10 years of network experience at the system level. - BS in Electrical Engineering required; MSEE preferred. - Successful experience architecting and delivering network products to market. - Excellent Customer presentation skills. Interface and interact with large OEM and hyperscale customers on ongoing product related issues and new product design concepts. - A broad knowledge of current digital and analogue components. - Successful New Product Introduction (NPI) launch. Requirements - Experience with relevant leading technologies in network products including: - CPU devices including X86, Atom, Xeon, AMD - NPU devices including all Broadcom families (Trident, Tomahawk, Jericho, Ramon), as well as alternative device families such as Cisco and Marvell desired - High speed design including PCB materials, Serdes technology (112G), connector, cable, and parasitic challenges in design - Network performance characteristics and related device optimization features - Power devices including multi-stage and near load delivery - Advanced assembly techniques / challenges affecting design - Optics devices and technology – trade-offs and trends - Mechanical design challenges/flexibility as it impacts architecture - Experience working with Asian based design teams is desired. - 5 years experience as a direct line functional manager is desired. - Prior participation in industry groups and associations is desired. - System level integration, interoperability and test experience is desired. - System level manufacturing test experience is desired.
