Junior UX Designer
RISE - Internet Service Provider in the Philippines
• Produce digital artifacts (design or content assets, drafts, and prototypes) with guidance (i.e. with explicit instructions or replicating existing work) • Contribute to design projects from concept to completion • Participate in cross-functional discussions and ideation sessions to help the team formulate design-driven decisions • Maintain concise documentation, including progress updates and design rationale • Participate in design workshops on visual design, information architecture, usability, and functionality • Contribute to design activities, including design hand-offs, to deliver software that satisfy business needs
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in UX design roles, preferably in a global consumer SaaS company
- Can create User Interface (UI) designs and user flows using Figma
- Can actively participate in the UX and UI design process and contribute to the design system
- Is motivated to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to understand problems and co-create solutions
- Can visualize abstract concepts and articulate how they would behave in a dynamic, interactive system over time
- Can explain design concepts clearly in both business and user-centric terms, and help others understand design principles
- Experience implementing UI designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong advantage
