• Запуск і оптимізація Google Ads кампаній (Search, DemandGen, P-Max, YouTube). • Робота з бюджетами від $10–15k до мультимільйонних. • Аналіз воронок, user flow і трохи продуктових метрик. • A/B-тести креативів, цілей, лендингів. • Співпраця з дизайнерами, копірайтерами й аналітиками.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ рік досвіду з Google Ads.
  • Сильна експертиза у Search / DemandGen / P-Max або хоча б в Search.
  • Data-driven підхід і розуміння метрик: CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV та інших.
  • Впевнене володіння Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Уміння оптимізовувати й масштабувати рекламні кампанії.
