• Відповідати за результати та стратегію одного з предметів: ключові метрики, кількість протестованих креативів, пошук нових форматів, CAC тощо; • Координувати роботу команди в предметі, за який відповідаєш: що тестуємо, в якій кількості, для яких аудиторій тощо; • Покращувати існуючі процеси пошуку форматів і creative messages або будувати нові; • Досліджувати потреби користувачів, щоб зрозуміти, як наш продукт може їх закривати, і як це використати в креативах; • Аналізувати конкурентів і ринкові тренди та впроваджувати найкращі рішення в наших рекламних матеріалах; • Ставити задачі дизайнеру на створення рекламних креативів; • Аналізувати результати, формулювати гіпотези та пропонувати покращення на основі даних.
Job Requirements
- 2–3+ роки досвіду у creative marketing
- Досвід створення high-performing рекламних креативів для paid social або performance-каналів
- Глибоке розуміння рекламних платформ (Meta, Google, TikTok) та їхніх вимог до креативів
- Розуміння методологій тестування креативів і вміння масштабувати winning assets.

The Sr. Marketing Manager – Global Marketing is responsible for to lead performance-driven omnichannel marketing programs that accelerate brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation, and customer acquisition across global B2B markets. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing and will play a critical part in shaping and executing strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Global Marketing and is part of the Global Marketing team and will be fully remote in the US.
