• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed global team of Tech TAs, creating clarity, accountability, and momentum • Build a connected, inclusive team culture where collaboration, ownership, and outcomes matter • Set clear goals, operating rhythms, and performance standards that drive results • Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Technology • Influence hiring priorities and workforce plans using market insight, data, and commercial understanding • Be confident challenging stakeholders while maintaining strong, trusted relationships • Design and deliver global tech hiring strategies that support rapid growth and evolving business needs • Introduce creative, innovative approaches to pipeline building and candidate engagement • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams globally • Simplify, standardise, and continuously improve global TA processes to enable scale without friction • Introduce structure where needed, without slowing the business down • Ensure the team is aligned, operating efficiently, and focused on quality of candidates and overall impact • Own hiring metrics and insights across your areas, using data to inform decisions and drive improvement • Track and improve outcomes across speed, quality, diversity, and experience • Use data storytelling to influence stakeholders and demonstrate impact
Job Requirements
- Experience leading internal tech recruitment teams in a scaling, global business
- Strong track record hiring for Engineering, Product, and Technology roles
- Expertise in hiring across Java, Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS, Grafana etc. Tech Stacks
- Background in technology-led industries (gaming, entertainment, fintech, or similar high-growth environments)
- Highly experienced hiring across International Markets including but not limited to the EU, LATAM, India and TW (preferred)
- Ability to operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on leader
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, change, and pace
- A collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
- Fluency in English is essential.

• Own and manage recurring affiliate reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) • Pull, validate, reconcile, and distribute affiliate performance reports • Reconcile affiliate data with internal finance records to ensure payout accuracy • Investigate discrepancies related to tracking, payouts, FTDs, CPA, Rev Share, hybrid deals, churn, and LTV • Serve as the primary facilitator for affiliate-related data requests (internal & external) • Coordinate closely with Finance on reporting validation and payment confirmation • Coordinate with Legal on affiliate contracts, amendments, and documentation tracking • Maintain organized records of affiliate agreements and historical performance data • Support ongoing affiliate operations through analytical and administrative execution
