• Own Daily Poker Room Operations: Manage the execution of daily ring games and multi-table tournaments, ensuring smooth performance, optimal scheduling, and strong player turnout while minimizing overlays. • Drive Player Engagement: Partner closely with CRM and marketing teams to launch compelling promotions, community-building initiatives, and retention strategies that elevate the player experience. • Lead Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze player trends and behavior to identify optimization opportunities, manage prize pool guarantees, and mitigate risk to tournament performance. • Plan Major Series & Festivals: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, schedule, and launch large-scale online poker festivals that drive excitement and engagement across the platform. • Ensure Platform Reliability: Work alongside development and IT teams to proactively address platform issues, implement technical updates, and maintain a seamless in-game experience. • Report on Key Metrics: Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting on player activity, game performance, and room health to inform ongoing strategy and innovation.

• Own and manage recurring affiliate reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) • Pull, validate, reconcile, and distribute affiliate performance reports • Reconcile affiliate data with internal finance records to ensure payout accuracy • Investigate discrepancies related to tracking, payouts, FTDs, CPA, Rev Share, hybrid deals, churn, and LTV • Serve as the primary facilitator for affiliate-related data requests (internal & external) • Coordinate closely with Finance on reporting validation and payment confirmation • Coordinate with Legal on affiliate contracts, amendments, and documentation tracking • Maintain organized records of affiliate agreements and historical performance data • Support ongoing affiliate operations through analytical and administrative execution

• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to translate visual concepts into optimized, in-engine assets. • Import, configure, and maintain 2D/3D assets, materials, and shaders within Unity3D for mobile and WebGL builds. • Profile and optimize assets, textures, lighting, and rendering pipelines to maintain high frame rates and minimal memory footprint. • Build and maintain Unity editor tools, import scripts, or asset validation pipelines to streamline workflows. • Create and optimize shaders, particle systems, and post-processing effects to enhance visual fidelity. • Ensure asset compatibility and consistent visual quality across iOS, Android, and WebGL platforms.
