Program Manager – IST Learning and Communications
Curriculum Associates
• Own the program management infrastructure for IST Learning and Communications, establishing scalable processes • Develop, maintain, and evolve a centralized readiness dashboard and program tracker providing visibility into initiatives, content status, timelines, and dependencies • Lead cross-functional readiness planning for major initiatives and product releases affecting ISTs • Coordinate with teams delivering on-demand IST training to ensure aligned messaging, timing, and content • Drive the end-to-end IST release readiness process for all iReady releases • Partner with various teams to determine IST information needs • Write, edit, and collaborate on clear IST-facing communications

- Ability to manage complex and fast-moving projects from start to finish
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities with a strong ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally, collaborating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, and maintaining customer-service orientation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to translate complex information
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and propose operational improvements.
