Legal Intern, Tax
ROIT
• Assist in drafting procedural pleadings, legal opinions and documents related to tax litigation (judicial and administrative); • Conduct legislative, doctrinal and case-law research specific to tax law; • Prepare reports on ongoing cases; • Update internal systems and case information; • Support strategic mapping of tax opportunities; • Assist in the analysis of administrative and judicial proceedings.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Law school between the 2nd and 6th semesters;
- Availability to intern 6 hours per day (preferably spanning morning and afternoon, with a 1-hour break);
- Specific interest in Tax Law;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Organized, proactive and able to work in a team.
