Sales Quoting Specialist

• Support quote creation, validation, and submission in Salesforce CPQ • Partner with sales to structure complex deals that align with pricing guidelines and business goals • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Product for deal approval • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the quoting and deal approval process • Maintain documentation for deal structures, approval workflows, and pricing exceptions • Provide guidance on contract terms, order forms, and amendments to ensure accuracy and consistency • Track deal desk metrics and help refine policies to improve deal velocity and close rates • Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, discounting, and contract best practices
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Salesforce experience, particularly with CPQ quoting is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate or better) are required.
- Experience in the high-tech industry with a SaaS or subscription revenue model is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment and workload.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a demanding sales team.
