• Closing, Reporting & Data Reliability: Co-drive the monthly and annual closing hand-in-hand with the accounting team; own the FP&A side of the timeline and its quality. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the annual budget and the reforecast cycles in direct collaboration with department and division heads. • Profitability & Performance Analysis: Run profitability analysis by product line, entity, project and business line — including publisher rev-share economics and SaaS / CMP recurring revenue. • Business Partnering & Decision Support: Partner with operational managers: help them monitor their budgets, read their performance and act on it. • Tools, Process & Continuous Improvement: Proactively improve the FP&A tooling and processes (PDCA) — standardise, document and automate recurring reporting without creating legacy.
• Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, you will play a key role in steering the company's economic performance. • Actively participate in the monthly and annual closing processes in collaboration with the accounting team. • Produce monthly management reports (P&L analysis, KPI tracking, etc.). • Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts. • Actively contribute to the budget and reforecasting processes in direct collaboration with department heads. • Conduct profitability analysis by product, project, or business line. • Track and analyze operational costs and propose optimization measures. • Develop and update dashboards for effective performance monitoring. • Proactively suggest improvements for reporting tools and financial processes. • Participate in the implementation of new tools (BI, ERP). • Support operational managers in monitoring their budgets and understanding their performance. • Perform ad-hoc studies and analyses at the request of senior management.
• Support Sparteo's growing international infrastructure by executing system and network administration tasks, ensuring uptime, security, and reliability across our environments. • Monitor and maintain servers, ensuring their optimal performance. • Implement security measures and perform regular system updates and backups. • Manage the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes. • Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshoot system and network-related issues. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT resources align with business needs. • Document IT processes, configurations, and incidents. Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and security in system and network operations.
• Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will own the full marketing strategy across the Group. • The role is remote, with a strategic responsibility for designing and piloting Sparteo's brand entry into the US market. • Define and operationalize Sparteo's brand strategy across all markets, ensuring coherent positioning as a premium AdTech player • Lead brand architecture decisions across the Group's entities and products • Design the US brand entry strategy: positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation adapted to the North American publisher and agency ecosystem, without a local team on day one • Drive institutional visibility across all major ecosystem mappings • Build and maintain a Trust Architecture across all markets: develop Sparteo's reputation on review platforms as a genuine reflection of customer satisfaction and a credibility signal • Own thought leadership strategy: industry events, earned media, executive visibility on both sides of the Atlantic • Oversee all external communications in coordination with PR partners • Partner with Product and Sales to translate technical capabilities into sharp go-to-market narratives • Own the competitive intelligence framework: positioning maps, battlecards, win/loss analysis • Drive product launches and define the messaging for each product line by market segment relevant to the US market • Align ICP definitions across Sales and Marketing, per geography • Own the WordPress plugin growth strategy • Design and execute a full-funnel generation strategy, with clear KPIs by channel and market • Own the marketing tech stack (CRM integration, marketing automation, attribution) and its ROI • Define and track revenue-impacting metrics: MQL → SQL conversion, CAC, pipeline contribution, LTV • Lead Sparteo's organic and algorithmic visibility strategy, encompassing technical SEO and emerging search paradigms • Orchestrate Sparteo's community presence strategy across the channels where our market's decisions are shaped
• Your mission is to uncover and conquer the 'Hidden Gems' of the French Web. • You are responsible for expanding Sparteo’s market share by acquiring Tier 2 (Mid-Market) publishers. • Your goal is to leverage your network and hunting skills to identify high-potential independent media, convince them to upgrade their monetization infrastructure, and close deals with velocity for our exclusive products: Actirise and Viously. • Proactively scout the web to find independent publishers, vertical media, and forums (Tier 2) that are currently under-monetized. • Build and maintain a massive pipeline of prospects. • Quickly assess a publisher's technical setup and traffic potential to ensure they fit the 'Impact B2' profitability criteria. • Simplify complex Adtech concepts (Header Bidding, CMP, Core Web Vitals) for publishers who often lack large technical teams. • Drive the sales process with urgency. Your objective is to move from 'First Contact' to 'Signed Contract' quickly by demonstrating immediate revenue uplift. • Secure standard contracts by focusing the negotiation on value (RPS increase) rather than technical customization. • Report specific needs and objections to the Product team to help us stay competitive. • Keep a close eye on 'traditional' ad networks and low-tech solutions that currently hold this market share, and master the arguments to displace them.
• As a Technical Account Manager at Meetscale, your role is central to the technical success of our publisher partners. • You will primarily focus on integrating and maintaining the performance of the Meetscale Supply-Side Platform across their Web and Mobile App inventory. • Your main responsibility is to ensure smooth, functional, and revenue-optimized integrations. • You will be the internal and external expert for technical implementation, complex troubleshooting, and ongoing performance analysis within the programmatic ecosystem. • Lead and own the technical integration of new web and mobile app partners onto the Meetscale SSP, ensuring a seamless and timely transition. • Provide in-depth technical consultancy to publishers regarding implementation strategies (e.g., C2S, S2S…) to maximize performance and compliance. • Act as the primary technical point of contact (PoC) for all assigned publishers, managing technical inquiries and escalations. • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex integration and technical issues (e.g., bid request failures, latency, ad rendering issues) in real-time, focusing on minimal impact on publisher revenue. • Bridge the gap between business and engineering, translating publisher feedback and technical needs into clear, actionable requirements for the Product and Technical teams. • Support the Sales and Account Management teams by providing technical expertise during pre-sales and upsell opportunities.
