Senior Consultant – ERP
Huron
• Manage functional delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance • Lead, coach, and develop a team of functional consultants • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership (CFO, Procurement Director, etc.), providing guidance on best practices and maximizing value from their investment • Actively participate in pre-sales activities: analyze prospective clients' needs, design tailored solutions, deliver presentations, and prepare business proposals
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting and ERP system integration
- Demonstrated expertise managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, including multiple full lifecycle deployments
- Recent significant experience at a major consulting firm (Big 4, Accenture, etc.)
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, SCM, PPM) and how they map to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem
- Proven initial experience in pre-sales with a strong appetite for business development
- Leadership and people-management skills to develop and motivate teams
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of an additional European language is a strong asset
