Senior Social Security Consultant

• Act as a consultant on tax recovery and tax planning matters related to social security contributions • Identify social security credits • Map tax opportunities related to payroll, INSS (Brazilian Social Security) and FGTS (Severance Guarantee Fund) • Perform social security tax planning • Execute rectifications of ancillary filings (GFIP, eSocial, DCTFWeb, etc.) • Diagnose issues and processes related to payroll and ancillary filings • Work directly with clients, conducting analyses and providing technical guidance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, HR Management or Business Administration
- Solid, hands-on experience with eSocial rectifications (required)
- Strong knowledge of social security legislation
- Experience with ancillary filings (obrigações acessórias)
- Experience in social security consulting
- Postgraduate degree in the area (plus)
- Experience in labor and social security consulting (plus)
