Sales Development Representative – International

• You persuade hotels by phone, email and social media to adopt our software. • You build a sales pipeline and schedule qualified demo/presentation meetings for the Account Executive team. • You actively network within the hotel industry. • You identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for our product. • You work closely with Customer Support, Sales, Product and Marketing to showcase our customers and their success stories. • You use our CRM (HubSpot) and support the development of a knowledge base.

Job Requirements

  • Completed commercial/technical vocational training or a university degree
  • Ideally: experience in the hotel industry
  • Enthusiasm for cold calling combined with the necessary empathy and persistence
  • Ideally: experience marketing a SaaS product and/or an affinity for technical products
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with diverse personalities
  • Your voice is your strongest sales tool
  • High degree of self-organization and initiative
  • Desire to continue developing professionally and to actively help shape our growth
  • A structured, analytical and goal-oriented working style completes your profile
  • Fluent German and English, plus another language at native level
