• Perform deep-dive assessment of the existing Mule CE integration landscape • Diagnosing root causes of performance, scalability, and stability issues • Optimize throughput, latency, memory usage, and thread management • Improve error handling, monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms • Implement best practices for integration design, deployment, and operations • Establish operational runbooks, performance baselines, and governance standards • Provide recommendations for future scalability and platform sustainability

• Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration into their IT environments. • Deploy and manage cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructures using Kubernetes, Docker, Singularity, and other containerization tools. • Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term satisfaction. • Respond to IT and security assessments, addressing compliance requirements across security, networking, and data privacy. • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Platform teams to refine deployment processes, improve scalability, and deliver customer feedback into product improvements. • Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides to support both internal teams and customer enablement.

• Be a trusted advisor to Bitrise customers, demonstrating how the company addresses their business requirements • Remain up-to-date on industry best practices, allowing you to act as a subject matter expert for our customers around mobile development best practices. • Collaborate with Bitrise product and engineering teams to provide feedback and industry trends to help shape the product roadmap. • Work with developers from our largest customers to debug complex Mobile DevOps issues, with a focus on CI/CD. • Act as technical escalation point for the global support team. • Be a thought leader for Bitrise in the marketplace, including attending and speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, writing blog posts. • Assist the Customer Success Managers to provide technical consultancy during the onboarding of enterprise customers. • Build deep relationships with technical champions within our customer base to enable them to become company advocates. • Drive successful business outcomes across our enterprise customers through educating, training, designing and aiding in implementation of their company solution. • Help shape and execute on our strategies that lead to strong user adoption.

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for assigned mortgage servicing clients for all retention-related initiatives. • Partner with clients to understand portfolio objectives, borrower engagement strategies, and retention goals. • Identify opportunities to implement revenue-generating programs across digital platforms, borrower portals, servicing systems, statements, IVR platforms, and related channels. • Provide consultative guidance on available products, enhancements, integrations, and communication options. • Clarify and document client requirements to ensure alignment on scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. • Develop and execute Statements of Work outlining deliverables, pricing, timelines, dependencies, and revenue expectations. • Coordinate contract updates, change requests, and program modifications. • Partner with Finance to establish accurate billing processes and ensure proper revenue recognition. • Monitor program utilization and ensure billing aligns with contracted services. • Lead cross-functional coordination across Marketing, IT, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Finance teams. • Define project scope and objectives to support retention initiatives. • Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables. • Facilitate status meetings and provide consistent updates to internal stakeholders and clients. • Track, document, and escalate service level concerns as appropriate. • Establish and monitor performance metrics associated with retention initiatives. • Maintain accurate reporting on implementation status, revenue impact, adoption, and performance trends.
