Cloud Solutions Architect
Neural Concept
• Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration into their IT environments. • Deploy and manage cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructures using Kubernetes, Docker, Singularity, and other containerization tools. • Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term satisfaction. • Respond to IT and security assessments, addressing compliance requirements across security, networking, and data privacy. • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Platform teams to refine deployment processes, improve scalability, and deliver customer feedback into product improvements. • Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides to support both internal teams and customer enablement.
Job Requirements
- Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in cloud and/or HPC environments.
- Technical Skills (mandatory): Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Singularity. Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals.
- Technical Skills (nice to have): Familiarity with Terraform, OAuth2, SAML, Slurm, Networking, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Customer-facing skills: Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers to scope, deploy, and maintain infrastructure.
- Mindset: Clear and proactive communicator, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and balance technical depth with customer needs.
