Role Description Au sein de la section processus, outils et méthodes des achats (SPOMA) du BSGPA, le titulaire du poste sera amené à : - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID en termes d’achat responsables par notamment l’élaboration d’outils méthodologiques et d’une expertise juridique au profit du réseau. - Assister le chef de section auprès des interlocuteurs du MinArm et extérieurs sur les sujets de l’achat responsable. - Assurer la diffusion et l’actualisation de l’information dans le domaine des achats responsables. - Déterminer le plan d’action achats responsables pour le SID, avec des échéances, des actions concrètes et des indicateurs de suivi. - Former les acteurs de la chaîne achat à l’achat responsable. - Participer aux groupes de travaux ministériels et interministériels dans le domaine des achats responsables. - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID en termes d’innovation par, notamment, l’élaboration d’outils méthodologiques et d’une expertise juridique au profit du réseau. - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID sur la politique ministérielle en faveur des PME. - Développer l’ensemble des sujets relatifs aux achats responsables, PME et innovation auprès des SID-R, SID-EPN et DID, en réalisant une stratégie de communication et un accompagnement adapté des différents acteurs. Qualifications - Titulaire d’un Bac+5, Master en droit de la construction, droit public des affaires ou droit de l’environnement. - Maîtrise de la réglementation de la commande publique, notamment en matière de marchés publics de travaux. - Intérêt particulier aux enjeux d’achat responsable. - Fort intérêt pour la déclinaison des politiques publiques. - Justification d’au moins trois ans d’expérience dans ce domaine. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers • Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to create a productive team environment • Anticipate, plan, and execute infrastructure projects aligned with company and customer needs • Participate in hiring as the team grows, including defining hiring strategy and conducting technical interviews • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and security teams • Support broader company initiatives as needed beyond the immediate team scope • Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform • Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation • Evaluate and implement emerging infrastructure tools and practices • Support company initiatives around cost optimization, security, disaster recovery, and compliance • Respond to and manage critical incidents effectively

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure to host and serve AI products and models reliably. • Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Helm, ArgoCD and Terraform. • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to support high-performance AI workloads. • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and Jenkins. • Ensure infrastructure compliance with security standards including FedRAMP and related guidelines. • Collaborate closely with AI engineering, product teams, and DevOps to meet infrastructure requirements. • Monitor infrastructure health and performance, implementing optimizations proactively. • Drive infrastructure best practices and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.

• Combine software and systems engineering to help build and run large-scale, distributed and fault-tolerant systems • Use automation and Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) to continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of services deployed on AWS • Performance tuning and configuration of both Linux system and application parameters supporting highly concurrent web stacks • Manage infrastructure through code using configuration management and IaC templating software such as Terraform and Puppet • Document procedures and knowledge base articles throughout problem resolution and architecture development processes • Monitor the availability, performance and health of production systems in support of meeting service level objectives using monitoring systems such as Icinga, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Loki • Participate in emergency incident response on-call rosters • Practice blameless postmortems that lead to improvements in resiliency and reductions in alert fatigue
