Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
- Business-fluent German (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a positive demeanor
- Goal-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- Enjoy working with performance metrics and clear results
- English proficiency is an advantage
