• Active new business acquisition in the B2B sector (DACH region) • Initiating telephone contact with medium-sized and large companies • Conducting needs analysis and qualifying potential customers • Scheduling appointments for the closing team • Planning and executing follow-ups • Participating in regular remote team meetings

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Business-fluent German (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a positive demeanor
  • Goal-oriented, structured, and independent working style
  • Enjoy working with performance metrics and clear results
  • English proficiency is an advantage
