Sales Development Representative

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads within the **legal tech, LegalTech or Legal SaaS.** • Research and identify target accounts (law firms, legal departments, compliance divisions). • Qualify leads through discovery calls and assess fit for the company’s LegalTech solutions. • Book demos and meetings for Account Executives to close new business. • Collaborate closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging. • Track and manage all activities in the company’s CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). • Stay up to date with legal industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Representative (LegalTech or Legal SaaS experience **required**).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting-booking targets.
- Strong understanding of the **legal tech or legal SaaS industry**— familiarity selling to law firm legal software is a **must. **
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
