- Source and attract candidates using various tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and design the recruitment process. - Facilitate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. - Manage job postings and optimize ad placements to enhance visibility and reach. - Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation and generate reports on recruitment metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
