• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating candidate assessments. • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. • Track and assess recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
