Recruiting Business Partner – Freelance

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through client interviews • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably external or freelance
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, or at least one European language (e.g., SK, CZ, PL, HU, RO)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and a passion for finding the best talent for our clients
