Business Development Manager

• Create and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities • Research and identify potential leads, including sourcing accurate contact information • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients • Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance in our CRM
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and campaigns
- Hands-on experiences with the following platforms: Apollo.io and HubSpot
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
- Hands-on experiences with the following platforms: Apollo.io and HubSpot
